Can I use this one in Europe? null

If you are able to have the Philips Hue app and have the correct light fixture, you should be able to use it, but I have not seen anyone demonstrate it using it in Europe.

You can if you regular bulb sockets like the US. Although some or maybe most bulb cover fixtures doesn’t really fit around the bulb.
