No, phillips hue lights dim from their own hub. A wi-fi smart switch would cut power to the lights and possibly damage them. However Alexa should be able to connect to your phillips hue and you can dim and turn them off with voice commands.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can set scenes to each bulb. For example, when I come home, I have 3 lights in 3 different rooms turn on. The entry way is at 30% while the kitchen and living room are at 80% all of this can be controlled with Alexa, or google home. Even Siri can set scenes.
