• The actual bulbs need to be within range of the hub. But the bulbs themselves can be used as a regular bulb, but the dim and color abilities will not be available.

• No, your hub and lights must be all connected on one network. However, you can operate the entire system on a mobile network. Ethernet connection is needed.

• The hub needs to be connected to the internet within range of the lights. The hub can’t control lights that it can’t communicate with.
