No. Whatever you cut is dead. By 1 Strip & then extensions if it needs to be longer. Or in this case, you'd need 2 Strips anyway...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Once you cut them apart, the end you cut off will be useless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can't cut the strip to use in different locations. You can only cut a single strip shorter. There is no power connection to the piece you cut off so it is useless. Unfortunately you would either have to wrap the lights continuously from one shelf to another or purchase two strips.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you'll need a new strand for each section. Buy two boxes for that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The answer is yes and no. Yes if you buy an extension to plugged into the main line that plugs in to wall. No, you cannot cut main line as it will damage unit. Solution would be to get two independent lights and connect them to the one device hub Philips requires for these lights to work via WIFI. If you want a continuous "chain" then that's what the "extensions" are for. To have an interrupted space like across a room or one in each room then you need a main unit for each lighted area. Supposedly you can pair ten lights per hub. Will not work via carrier data. Can only be controlled via WiFi app (free) on your Android or iPhone. Hope this helps.
