Will these fit a 4" recessed can light? null

I used the A19 size bulb in the 4 inch cans. These br30 are better suited for 6inch cans. They are the size of a traditional flood.

I put the white ambience lights in a 4 inch can but had to do it without a trim piece. Looks fine.

If your previous bulbs were PAR30 or BR30, then yes, they fit quite well, with plenty of room on the sides of the can when using a bulb changing pole.

It might but it would be very tight. A br30 is 3.75” across so it will be a tight squeeze and the can might not be deep enough.
