“All 3 heads fell out. How to you replace them”

• Older ones came with a fold out paper that was easier to see - the side of the razor heads box now has small photos to look at. I have to use my small flashlite to see them clearly, but should help. Have to push down on the set and twist the center 'lock' piece so they will stay in.

• remove the wheel holding the bracket in place. replace shaver heads and reinstall wheel

• Hello! To replace the shaving heads, the following are the steps. 1. Open the shaver by pressing the "release" button; 2. Remove the retainer by turning the lock counterclockwise; 3. Take out the old shaving heads and carefully insert replacements; check that the heads align exactly in the setting; 4. Replace the retainer and secure it by turning the lock clockwise; 5. When you close the shaving head properly, you will hear it click into place.
