• Hello there! Thank you for your question. The Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige HX9990/12 with SenseIQ works with several Sonicare brush heads, including the TongueCare+ tongue brush. While it recognizes standard brush heads, it doesn't automatically detect the TongueCare+ head or switch to a tongue-cleaning mode. To clean your tongue, simply attach the TongueCare+ head and manually select the TongueCare mode on the handle.
