• Hello! We have the Philips Sonicare HX6023/64 Proresults Compact Brush Head that fits with the Philips Sonicare ExpertClean 7300 HX9610/17 toothbrush. Please note that the HX6023/64 brush head does not have BrushSync capability.

• Philips designed this toothbrush to have a longer head to get to hard-to-reach areas of your mouth. If this is a newer purchase for you then maybe give it a little more time and you can grow your comfortability level with the length of the head.
