• Yes, I don't see why not. The UV light should clean the surfaces it shines upon. I don't think UV light on a cracked phone screen will have any negative effects.

• I'm not sure mine is not cracked, but there is no spray or anything just a light, so I would think it would be ok, but would check it out with a cell phone dealer and see what they have to say. I think it works well.
