“Is this has capability to reduce the water flow after certain time? for example if my kids takes 2hours shower, can I put certain time like 30mins after to reduce the flow to 20% just to rinse themselves and remind them to get out from the shower? Thanks”

No, the Phny Smart Water Assistant is a monitoring device only. It has no capability to control the water.

It only infers and reports the flow of water based on water pressure changes in your home. Even the Phyn Plus, which actually measures water flow and which does include a shutoff valve that can work automatically, cannot reduce the flow of water. It is either fully on when flows seem normal or fully off when it detects an abnormal flow.
