“i had this installed by geek squad a couple days ago in my 2017 honda civic but why is the steering wheel buttons not working with it. it says it is compatible with steering wheel controler and says on the screen to use them but it isnt doing anything”

Take it back and have them look at it since you have a warranty on it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Please have the Geek Squad check the installation. Also, make sure they installed the steering wheel control adapter. If they did, maybe it is defective or not properly programmed.
