Q: QuestionAnyone else having issues with a Bluetooth lag? Whenever I use "Ok Google" it takes about 3-5 seconds total to complete the process. Same thing with skipping tracks.

• A:Answer Yeah, I was really bummed about it. The BT lag on this is pretty bad, kinda forces me to keep my phone plugged into Android Auto. Also, whenever you say "Okay Google" Android only uses the mic on the phone. If you use the voice command key it'll work quicker.

Q: QuestionOn my 2008 Cadillac dts Best Buy installed Nex 2330,however the steering wheel controls for the volume and to change channels work. But my pause switch is not working on the steering wheel controls.

• A:Answer Call the install department at the store and ask them what to do. I did not have the steering controls attached in my Ford as it was an extra $100. and the radio is in easy reach of the driver.

Q: QuestionMy avh-2330 Nex is having a hard time closing back up after I eject a disk. I press eject to close but it goes to the tilt position and then it opens again but does not close. I have to shut of the vehicle for it to go back in place. Is this standard?

• A:Answer Hello, While closing it gets obstructed by the bottom edge and so it returns back , so after ejecting cd when it going back in normal position please give little upward push at the bottom of screen. Or shave the bottom border of window on car panel.
