Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello joeu, we are sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your BackBeat FIT. Please try charging your unit with a different charger and cable: the headset should display a red LED while charging and this should turn blue once the unit has fully charged (this takes ~2.5 hours). Once the headset has been charged you can try pairing it by following these steps: www.plantronics.com/us/support/kb/detail.jsp?vfurl=/articles/en_US/How_To/BackBeat-FIT-How-to-Pair&retURL=%2Fapex%2FknowledgeSearch®ion=us&p=&c=All&k=fit%2Bpair&t=All&lang=en_US&popup=false&c=All In case your unit is not powering on, charging or going into pairing mode even after trying another cable and charger this will indicate an actual problem with your headset and we recommend that you replace it. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance!
