QuestionWe are traveling to Italy and feel this will be useful. Can we use the 2 USB ports at the same time as the outlet? In other words, can we have 3 devices utilizing all ports simultaneously ?

- Answer The USB ports need the switch set to adapter mode which gives you 5V, 2.4 amps max. It also states the adapter mode is for 275 watts max. I don't know it the means you can do both at the same time, USB and 275 watts max on 120 V AC
