Is this scanner compatible with KoFax Express. null

Not directly but you can use Kofax Express FolderScan to monitor a folder that the PS3180U scans to. You would configure a button on the scanner to scan to the FolderScan folder. Then to scan to Kofax Express all you would to is push the scan button on the scanner
