Figured out a better way to get these @#$!& things closed ... stand them on a solid surface (with the connector down), and push the plastic slider down. Requires quite a little force, and be careful not to bend the metal connector. Whoever designed these obviously never had to use them!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I keep mine in a tic-tac box. I had trouble closing them
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It requires brute force. That's the only option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have opened and closed mine multiple times. It does snap VERY securely, you do have to push quite firmly. I bought the 3 pack and have used all 3 successfully. Go ahead and push or pull firmly, just be careful not to twist or bend it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use the sides on the slide, don't use the side with the printing
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to grab the sides of the sliding part and squeeze hard while pulling. Also, one some devices the USB stick will not register unless you push the sleeve all the way open until it clicks. The other thing is that these are some of the SLOWEST memory sticks around. If you are lucky you can get over 20MB per second transfer. If I would have known how slow they were I never would have bought them.
