• iPad's don't have usb inputs! You can buy an adapter that goes in the bottom of the iPad that has USB on it, but you cannot just plug a USB stick into an iPad.

• I have had two Apple iPads with the latest being an Apple iPad air. Neither of them have a usb port. So this flash drive will not work with the Apple iPad. If however you have a Samsung Tablet, you may be able to plug this flash drive into it. If the Samsung has a mini usb port, you will have to get a converter cord that you will attach this flash drive and then to the Samsung tablet.
