No. The drive does not show up as additional memory within the phone's native environment. You have to run its management app to transfer previously recorded videos and pictures from internal to stick storage, then delete them from the phone to free up space. You could try to offload older videos while recording new ones. Might want to try that first to make sure the phone doesn't act up. Have not done this here just yet.
