“Can you download movies/music to the flash drive and then watch them on my iPhone without downloading to my phone?”

• I bought this and the download from iPhone seemed easy but after wasn’t able to open said music that I downloaded. Not sure if this is of help but you may want to keep checking for an answer.

• Yes you can. It'll show up inside as a folder and you just point your streaming app at it and pick what you want to watch... .
