- Answer No. You can select to download only the new photos instead of the whole batch. Just click the top right and select the photos you want to download on the drive

QuestionHow do u clear space on the duo link 4 after you move pics to your ext hard drive? Does clear cache delete any iPhone pics or only what’s been moved to the duo link?

- Answer 1. Reformat drive 2. No it will not delete iPhone pics. You have to do it manually. 3. Will not delete pics even when moving them to duo link.

- Answer Any time that I am transferring videos i transfer them, unplug the drive, go out of the app, and then i plug it back in to make sure they are in the videos tab in the app. Hope this helped!!
