Yes, it can be used on the Chromebook

I've use the PNY flash drives in HP, Dell (including Alienware), and IBM desktops; in several HP, Dell, and ASUS laptops; Western Digital external storage drives (like MyBook & My Cloud); a few "HDD-to-flash-to CD" transfer machines; three or four portable HDDs; and in various USB hubs. I've even used them in Apple Macs (both the laptop and the 27" iMac) and on a friend's Samsung laptop. My son used them for his X-Box 360. I see no reason the PNYs would not work in a Chromebook. Hope this helps...

yes but you need to format the drive for chromebook to be able to use it. they have an app you have to install for formatting a usb or sd type drive. once you install the app and then format the drive you can use it.

It will work just like any other usb stick. if other stick works it will work same way if you do have usb slot
