• no but it does have a metal backplate. you can pick up a sag bracket for cheap online or 3d print your own.

• No it doesn't include that. It's also not a large enough card to justify needing that. it's only a 2 slot card and not at all heavy enough to break the PCIE port.

• No, but it doesn’t seem like you really need it. It’s not a heavy, or extremely larger gpu. Brackets are cheap, and you could even 3d print them. Stacking Lego could even work.
