Does this include an anti-sag support or bracket? null

No it doesn't include that. It's also not a large enough card to justify needing that. it's only a 2 slot card and not at all heavy enough to break the PCIE port.

no the card doesn't come with an anti-sag bracket if you want one you will need to either buy it separately or make your own

No, but it doesn’t seem like you really need it. It’s not a heavy, or extremely larger gpu. Brackets are cheap, and you could even 3d print them. Stacking Lego could even work.
