• The card will play arma 3 at ultra settings with stable 60+fps. Your processor is going to be the bottleneck when using this card on arma 3. I recommend an intel i7, also some servers have better fps than others. But single player I get well over 75fps.

• I've had the chance to play Arma3 on a 1070 with high settings at 50-60 fps without a problem. Your processor is also a thing that you should consider. But for medium to lower quality this gpu is overkill.
