You'd have to ask HP. I can't find any useful information on their web page about that model. You'd need to know whether the case can accept a full-height card and whether the power supply has at least one available PCIe power cable.

Unfortunately not. Disregarding the fact that this GPU will be vastly bottlenecked by everything in this build, the power supply is no where near sufficient. The bare minimum PSU for this GPU is 550 watts and it's recommended to have 650 or 700 watts (especially if you're OCing). The model M01-F1224 has a PSU of 180 watts.
