Is there a pre-order bonus? null

Doesn't look like any physical bonuses outside of the Pokemon Center's Arceus plush. The retail version (the physical version sold everywhere, including Pokemon Center) gets a digital code for some in-game clothes and accessories and the digital version (sold from Nintendo's eShop) gets an additional set of Heavy Balls.

According to the Pokémon Center itself, there seems to be a Pre-Order Bonus of an Arceus Plush (from their Sitting Cuties plush line). But it looks like the Pokémon Center hasn’t released the final image for the bonus yet, it’s just a silhouette.

There’s no preorder bonus per say but you do get a mystery gift in game when you go to your settings menu and retrieve it with online .

No preorder bonuses were announced for any retailers yet. You’ll want to check online when it’s release date is almost here.
