“What happens if you put a bigger micro SD card in it than what it's supposed to?”

• The camera will not recognize the card. I did that without realizing it can only take a 32mb card. Had to go back and buy the proper sized card.

• It'll freeze on the "Welcome" screen, but you can make it work if you have a computer and re-format the card. It needs to be formatted as FAT32, which has a maximum size of 32GB. You can use larger cards, but you won't be able to use the extra space. To format a card, you can put it into a card reader and connect it to your computer or leave it in the camera and connect the camera to your computer with a micro USB cable. If you have Windows, open Disk Management, delete the existing volume(s) on the card, then create a new simple volume, put in "32000" for the size and make sure that FAT32 is the selected format. All other settings can remain at their defaults. Do a quick format and the card should now be usable by the camera.
