Hello, the salesperson must have been referring to the Bluetooth feature. I apologize for the confusion. The Bluetooth feature is designed for music streaming from a smartphone or smart device. However, If the Samsung TV has a Bluetooth retransmit feature, the two can be paired. Please note that there may be a voice delay. It is always best to hardline the Sound Bar to the TV via HDMI ARC.
