• Well, there are lots of variables here. Like, how is your soundbar connected to your TV? Optical? Hdmi ARC? Non-ARC hdmi? Ideally, I would make sure it is connected via the hdmi ARC. That port is specifically designed for sound systems. ( audio return channel) Then make sure your sound settings include your soundbar.
