• Hello! The DeepSleep Mode will activate only when you leave your headphones powered on but out of range of your paired phone or USB adapter for more than 7 days. If the headset stays in range with your phone, it will not go into DeepSleep Mode. If you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 1-916-928-7561.
