• Hello, You can use this either bluetooth/or using the wireless dongle transmitter through usb. Very easy setup

• You can use this headset via USB. If Bluetooth is not an option, we do have wireless headsets that use different frequencies, mainly the Savi series that uses encrypted DECT technology. All compatible with Avaya Softphones.
