I found that the range is identical to the Legend with all of my phones. The extended range would only be applicable to Bluetooth devices that use the higher power protocol, which eats more device battery power.........phones tend to want to give maximum battery life, so they typically use only the lower power 33 foot protocol. A UC Bluetooth, the type you plug into the PC, would allow the higher power, so you could walk around 100 feet away in an office or home and chat through VoiP services.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That would depend on the phone. It has class 1 bluetooth with a range of around 90 feet in direct line of sight. But it will only give you that range if your phone is also a class 1 bluetooth device. If it is a class 2 device the headset will still pair, but the range will be 30 feet in direct line of sight.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely not. Not in my experience. I drive a quad axle dump truck and I can't even walk from the driver area, to the back and I constantly hear, Phone 1 is disconnected, or phone 1 is connected. Constantly. I'm maybe 20 feet from my phone. A real pain. Works good is you always have your phone right there but in and out of cars, trucks etc, not so much.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine disconnects when I get about 25-30 feet from my S7 phone but, it pairs right back when I get back in range.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience around 30 feet
