Hi! The Voyager Legend features smart sensors. These detect the pressure of your ear when wearing it. If you take it off it will send the call back to the phone or will pause music. If you would like to disable the sensors, you can do so by installing Hub Software on your PC/Laptop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. Then connect the earpiece powered-off via USB cable then go to settings and access the sensors section to disable the master sensor.
