Yes intakes some getting used to and sometimes it gets downright uncomfortable because the wire on your glasses can go on either side of the over the ear round part and pinch or knock the unit off your ear.

These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes. The comfort of the unit will mainly depend on how thickness of the frame. If it is quite thin, it shouldn't interfere. One thing you could do is to disable the smart sensors, since they detect the pressure from your ear to keep the call in the earpiece and send it to the phone if the earpiece is removed; however the glasses could interfere but again, this depends on each model.
