Hi Sharon, the Voyager Legend is a Bluetooth device designed to paired with any cell phone that supports Bluetooth headsets; However, as for being able to pair 2 earpieces at the same time and be able to stream on both devices simultaneously, will depend on the cell phone's capacity to perform that task. The earpiece works as an external speaker, so it would be the same if we test your phone while it is paired to two separate Bluetooth speakers and is capable of playing the same audio at the same time.
