“Will not pair to my phone”

• You have to hold the Bluetooth next to your phone and push the back button that’s behind the speaker and go into settings to Bluetooth on your phone and turn on Bluetooth then it should pair together.

• In order to make your headset detectable, make sure you set it in pair mode. To do so: Power on the earpiece, then press and hold the call button (black button on the very back of the microphone boom) for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. This means the earpiece is in pair mode. Go to Bluetooth settings on your cell phone and you should see PLT_Legend available. Select to pair.
