QuestionThis is no longer connecting to my Cisco phone or computer. I have used for the last 4 years. Headset turns on fine, says it’s trying to pair but will not pair on any device. Fully charged. Dongle flashes for a few seconds and stops. Any ideas?

About the loose-wearing issue, keep in mind the headset includes spare ear tips in different sizes; make sure to try the larger one for a better fit. We are sorry for this inconvenience. - Answer O think that would be a question for your phone provider. What i can say if it's Bluetooth. So is the headset. It seems to work well. Do see a drop in contivity when the batter is getting low. It gets 7 hrs
