Q: My legend cannot charge, I have to hold the charger onto to earpiece and it will charge for a few seconds then stop charging, I bought a new case and charger but still doesnt charge, are there any new models that doesnt have the magnetic charging

A: I had the same issue with my initial purchase but noticed immediately when when I got in my car. It seemed to be that the magnets were pushing each other away and was keeping the charging links apart. Took it back 5 minutes later and new one works great!!

Q: My husband is handicapped and he received this plantronics Voyager wireless headset as a gift when he was hospitalized. The clear rubber ear cushion has broken off where can we find a replacement? not sure if it was medium or large - help

A: Hello! We're sorry to hear about your experience. You should be able to find replacement ear tips with the following part numbers: 89037-01 - Small (.5"/13mm) ear tip kit. 89037-02 - Medium (.625"/16mm) ear tip kit and 89037-03 - Large (.75"/19mm) ear tip kit. The earpiece comes with the medium size ear tip as default. If it was never changed, most likely he was using the medium one. In any case, the part numbers include their measures as well. Q: Can you use this headphone for calls and to listen to music, audio books Pod casts etc or pair with a pc for web ex’s?

A: Yes my husband is a truck driver! Though he works in an environment that can be loud it’s ability to cancel out noise is great. He streams radio, basically he lives by these things! Hope it helps. He always keeps a spare one in case if they ever stop making them! Lol

Q: How do I setup this plantronics voyager legend bluetooth to call a cellphone contact by voice?

A: Press and hold the call button, then release, and you'll see or hear a prompt. Proceed to state the contact's name. Contact will then be dialed. If contact has more than 1 number, It will ask you which number do you want called. Ex: Home/Work. Hope this helps.
