I use this for work since I drive a lot and require handsfree. It also is great during work when I'm troubleshooting with other techs about a problem I'm trying to resolve. I love that I can connect my work and personal phone to it. The bluetooth does have issues sometimes when I'm around a lot of machinery or metal structures. Otherwise the sound an quality work well.

Outdated charging connection; Poor battery performance [7 hour charge max, and diminishes way too quickly, when used or on standby; Battery lasted me just a little over one year before it quit. Unstable connections [loss of bluetooth connection to phone] Plan on having to buy a new one every year. Other than those things, heckuvadeal!

not good. this is the second one i have used. volume low and ear piece does not last.

I have used this product for years, hard to beat quality, price and features!

Still performs great but I assumed it would have an updated charging port. Must be an old batch that they are getting rid, still at a premium.

Very comfortable fit over the ear. Sound is very clear. Long battery life. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased as a gift for my ex husband. The quality is lacking with the changeover to Poly. The former Plantronics same model lasted years, this new one less than a year was worthless. Sound quality and connectivity were great until it wasn’t working anymore Shop around for a better brand

Instructions were very easy to read and to set up with my iPhone. I really like the battery life on this lightweight earpiece.
