QuestionCan the USB cable be purchased separately from the headset? My USB cable end broke away and I would like to purchase a new cable. Headset still works perfectly but no way to charge.

As you may know, many devices nowadays are equipped with native Bluetooth; However, BT Technology works through different profiles and these are the ones the earpiece requires to at least allow a connection: HSP, HFP, Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and AVRCP. - Answer Hi Apollo. Most computers nowadays are equipped with native Bluetooth; the earpiece will most likely pair without problems and you’ll be able to listen and talk through calls; However, for optimal performance, we recommend getting the Voyager Legend UC. Using the included BT300 USB Bluetooth adapter, rather than pairing directly to the PC/MAC via native Bluetooth, makes for a much clearer and consistent user experience.
