• Hi there! Our adhesive will stick best to a smooth, hard plastic case. It unfortunately will not be compatible if the case if silicone or textured.

• Yes the adhesive will attach securely to cases with lines on the back, as I have a case with lines and I've had mine on my phone case for 3-4 months now and I have had no issues with it coming loose. It's as secure as it was the day I attached it to my case.

• Yes it will hold/stick to your lined Otter-Box case. I am still using it on Otter-Box phone case. LOVE IT STILL!
