“Will this stick on my otter box case because my case isn’t totally smooth and has lines on it if you know which case I’m talking about, the super thick case.”

Hi there! Our adhesive will stick best to a smooth, hard plastic case. It unfortunately will not be compatible if the case if silicone or textured.

Yes the adhesive will attach securely to cases with lines on the back, as I have a case with lines and I've had mine on my phone case for 3-4 months now and I have had no issues with it coming loose. It's as secure as it was the day I attached it to my case.

Yes it will hold/stick to your lined Otter-Box case. I am still using it on Otter-Box phone case. LOVE IT STILL!

Seems how this was the main issue that I had with this product my answer would be no and I was trying to stick it to a brand new phone.
