“Are you able to remove them and reattach in another area or on another phone? Was thinking I could use these on my little tablets and if they attach by suction, no problem but if they attach with a sticky pad, I’m guessing it’s one and done for setting”

It is attached by a sticky pad. It was a bear to get off. I detached mine and stuck it to the back of my daughter's phone. It srayed just fine. Just would not recommend attaching and detaching.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it's a relatively new application, they can be unattached (I pried mine off with a screw driver) and reapplied but, if it's been on for a while, or if the adhesive doesn't come off completely, might as well buy a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They attach by a sticky pad, however I have removed it once by carefully prying it up with a butter knife and put it back on and it was fine. Just make sure the surface of the phone very clean when you make the transfer. I would assume the stickiness would degrade if it was removed and reattached often and I personally would look for another solution if that is what I planned to do.
