Does this cable have data transfer? null

Yes, it's a usb C type charge and every time i plug in my phone to charge it off of my ps5, I have to make sure it is on charge only and not trying to transfer files.

As long as whatever you’re hooking up to a usb 3.0 port you should be able to use it for data transfer. I would buy a dedicated transfer cable though if I were you.
