“I bought this product yesterday and try’s it out, however I placed my controllers in the slot and pressed down, however it did not start glowing. Why isn’t it glowing?”

• Not sure...ours didn't work right out of the box. One side would charge the controller, the other side would not. We would have to actually apply light pressure to keep it held down for it to charge. We returned it.

• Batteries could be in backwards or it needs to be seated correctly I had the same issue now resolved
