• They're actuallyy pretty comfortable. I do a lot of physical labor at work and these don't move at all. They don't look too weird and even if they did I wouldn't hear anyone telling me.....

• They have 4 plug options so they will fit and be comfortable on all runners ears. The only inconvience I ever experienced was if you wear glasses, it can be irritated if running for an hour plus.
