Hi Kaley. Thanks for reaching out to us for this! That's totally okay. I'm sorry you're running into issues. Sometimes printers just need a little jumpstart. A good place to begin is unplugging the printer from power and letting it sit for 30 seconds. Then plug it back in and try it again. This will do what's called a soft reset and wipe the queue as a bonus. If this doesn't work, the printer may need to be "removed" from the computer's options and re-added.
