Sounds like you need to get the most up to date Samsung driver off the internet to your new Dell laptop. If you want to use TotalTech just take your laptop in to BestBuy and tell them what you need done. That is precisely the service TotalTech was designed for. If you wish to do this yourself it isn’t hard!. Dell may have the Samsung printer driver installed on your new Dell already or on their website but for sure Samsung will. Before I’d go to Samsung I’d probably try to install the driver from Control Panel, Devices, Printers and let Your Dell Printer search for your printer driver from all the many printer drivers Dell installed on your new computer. If this doesn’t work find your file on Samsungs support page, download it then “Install” the driver to your Dell system.
