• Yes, the home release and iTunes release have the shorts in sub and dub

• Yes it does! I had the same question and was happy to purchase and see they were included as bonus features. The DVD contains the bonus features including both prequels. I haven’t checked the BluRay yet but I assume they’re on the disc as well

• Yes it comes with both of the short films, plus some extra interview material with the director, English voice actors, and more.
