“I put in the Bluray of Black Widow, it plays the Marvel intro then stays black and does nothing. I checked on different device, this is where I select language. But oddly it worked once. Other BluyRays work fine. Any idea why?”

• If other discs work fine the issue is with your disc - is it the proper region code for North America?
