• Yes, it's no assembly, no tech set-up. But you need to adjust the volume, fast forward etc. with the dials provided on either side of where you insert the DVD.

• Hi Assembly, if using on battery you will have to charge the battery first - otherwise, you are correct.

• comes with a precharge but i recomend that you give it a full charge, " green battery light" and then it's off to the movies. have fun, relax and enjoy
