“I purchased the Proscan Elite DVD player thinking I could also watch from my flash drive family pictures and USB cards… I can watch DVD’s but it will not load the flash drive or USB card Why???? What do I need to do to be able to use these?”

• Please check your flash drive and file format. Here are the specs on the USB/flash drive/memory card ports. Capacity Max 32GB File format FAT32 Supported file types MPEG, MPEG2, MPEG4, MP3, AVI, FLV, WMA, JPEG
